How to get Amulet of Dark Omens in Diablo 4
Getting this unique item requires a specific chain of events:
Step 1: Obtain the 'Luckiest Coin'
You must be under the effect of a Greed Shrine when looting the corpse of a special type of static NPC.
This NPC type usually spawns in wilderness areas and is found lying on the ground after being killed by a monster (the Shrouded Moors in Scosglen is a popular farming spot).
Step 2: Deposit the Coin at a Secret Location
Once you acquire the Luckiest Coin in your inventory, it must be deposited at an interactable interactable object in the Skovos overworld.
Community theories and data-mining suggest the drop can be activated by interacting with:
- Ash-Covered Crate (Tyrel's encampment, northeast of the waypoint)
- Makeshift Alter or Abandoned card game (Athulua Garrison)
- Secret Stash (Saltwind, northwest of the waypoint)
