How to get Melted Heart of Selig in Diablo 4
• Torment Difficulty:
Melted Heart of Selig can drop in Torment difficulty. Higher Torment tiers give better chances for Unique and Mythic Unique items to drop.

Melted Heart of Selig is a Mythic Unique item and does not have one dedicated regular Unique boss. All endgame Lair Bosses have a chance to drop Mythic Unique items, so you can farm the boss whose regular Unique loot table you also need.
