• Torment Difficulty:
Unique items have better drop chances in higher Torment difficulties.
• Farm endgame boss:
Can be target-farmed by defeating boss Harbinger of Hatred.
• World Drops:
Nomad’s Longing Heart may also drop from enemies, chests, World Events, Nightmare Dungeons, and other high-level loot sources.
• Helltide Chests:
You can farm Helltide events and open chests for additional chances at Unique item drops.
