Insatiable Fury is a Unique Chest Armor in Diablo 4 that can be equipped by the Druid class.
This item is especially valuable for players using Werebear and Trample-based Druid builds, allowing Trample to be cast again after use while greatly increasing its damage.

• Guaranteed Affix 1: Primary Core Stat
• Guaranteed Affix 2: Skill Ranks to Trample
• Trample Recast: For 2 seconds after casting Trample, you may cast Trample again without incurring the Cooldown.
• Unique Effect: For 2 seconds after casting Trample, you may cast Trample again without incurring the Cooldown. Trample additionally deals [150 - 200]% bonus damage.
• Item Type: Unique Chest Armor.
• Class Restrictions: Druid only.
Note: - In Patch 3.1.0, Unique items now drop with 2 guaranteed affixes.
- Unique, Mythic Unique, and Iconic Mythic items can now have affixes altered via Enchanting.
- Chaotic and Focused Reroll have been removed for Unique and Mythic Unique items.
