Diablo 4 Tempest Roar: Unique Helm Stats and How to Get
Tempest Roar is a Unique Helm in Diablo 4 that can be equipped by the Druid class.
This item is especially valuable for players using Storm and Werewolf hybrid builds, allowing base Storm Skills to also count as Werewolf Skills while helping restore Spirit through Lucky Hit effects.
Key Stats & Affixes
• Maximum Resource: Increases your Spirit pool, helping you use more skills before running out.
• Willpower: Increases your main Druid stat, improving damage and skill scaling.
• Wild Impulses Ranks: Increases the power of the Wild Impulses passive.
• Lightning Resistance: Grants extra protection against Lightning damage.
• Unique Effect: Lucky Hit: Storm Skills have up to a 15–35% chance to grant 4 Spirit. Your base Storm Skills are now also Werewolf Skills.
• Item Type: Unique Helm.
• Class Restrictions: Druid only.
Note: - In Patch 3.1.0, Unique items now drop with 2 guaranteed affixes.
- Unique, Mythic Unique, and Iconic Mythic items can now have affixes altered via Enchanting.
- Chaotic and Focused Reroll have been removed for Unique and Mythic Unique items.
How to get Tempest Roar in Diablo 4
• Torment Difficulty: Unique items can drop in Torment difficulty, with higher difficulties increasing your odds.
• Farm Echo of Duriel: Tempest Roar can be target-farmed by defeating Echo of Duriel.
• Farm Echo of Andariel: Tempest Roar can also drop from Echo of Andariel’s boss loot pool.
• Open World Drops: Tempest Roar can randomly drop from enemies, chests, and breakable objects.
• Helltide Chests: Tempest Roar can drop from chests during Helltide Events.
