Diablo 4 Bloodless Scream - Unique Scythe Stats and How to Get

Bloodless Scream is a Unique Two-Handed Scythe in Diablo 4 that can be equipped by the Necromancer class.

This item is especially valuable for Necromancer builds that use Darkness Skills, allowing those skills to Chill enemies while dealing increased damage to Frozen enemies and bosses.

• Darkness Skill Chill Bonus:
Your Darkness Skills Chill enemies for up to 100%.

Your Darkness Skills deal [100 - 125]% increased damage to Frozen enemies and bosses.

• Darkness Skill Freeze Effect:
Every 800 times you damage enemies with Darkness Skills, all Nearby enemies are Feared for 0.25 seconds before Freezing for 3 more seconds.

• Unique Effect:
Your Darkness Skills Chill enemies for up to 100% and deal [100 - 125]% increased damage to Frozen enemies and bosses. Every 800 times you damage enemies with Darkness Skills, all Nearby enemies are Feared for 0.25 seconds before Freezing for 3 more seconds.

• Item Type: Unique Two-Handed Scythe.

• Class Restrictions: Necromancer only.
Note:
- In Patch 3.1.0, Unique items now drop with 2 guaranteed affixes.

- Unique, Mythic Unique, and Iconic Mythic items can now have affixes altered via Enchanting.

- Chaotic and Focused Reroll have been removed for Unique and Mythic Unique items.

How to get Bloodless Scream in Diablo 4

• Torment Difficulty:
Unique items can drop in Torment difficulty, with higher difficulties increasing your odds.

• Farm endgame boss:
Bloodless Scream can be target-farmed by defeating boss Astaroth.

• Open World Drops:
Bloodless Scream can randomly drop from enemies, chests, and breakable objects.

• Helltide Chests:
Bloodless Scream can drop from chests during Helltide Events.

• Boss Farming:
Repeated Astaroth runs are the best farming method if you specifically want Bloodless Scream.

Astaroth can be found as the final boss of the Escalating Nightmare
Dungeon chain.

Step-by-Step Guide to Finding Astaroth:

1. Obtain a Sigil:
You need an Escalation Sigil, which drops from the Great Horadric Cache at the end of a Horadric Strongroom event.

2. Run the Dungeons:
Open the Escalation Sigil from your inventory and complete the dungeon sequence. Astaroth awaits at the end of the chain.

3. Beat the Boss:
You will fight him mounted on the Amalgam of Rage.
Once the Amalgam drops to low health, it will submerge to regenerate while Astaroth fights on foot. Defeat him before the Amalgam revives.
