Infernal Homunculus can drop from enemies and chests while playing on Torment difficulties. Higher Torment tiers provide better chances to obtain Ancestral Unique items.

Can be target-farmed by defeating boss Urivar.
• Helltide Events:
Helltide Chests have a chance to drop Infernal Homunculus.
