All endgame Lair Bosses have a chance to drop Mythic Unique items, including Nesēkēm, the Herald.
• Belial Farming:
Belial has a higher chance to drop Mythic Unique items compared to other Lair Bosses.
• Boss Loot Strategy:
Since Mythic Uniques can drop from all Lair Bosses, it is usually best to farm the boss whose regular Unique loot table you also want.
• Crafting:
Nesēkēm, the Herald can also be crafted through Mythic Unique crafting if you have the required materials.
