Underwater UFO Location
The wreck of alien spaceship lies north of Procopio Beach and is best found with a submersible at your disposal.

Going to the following location at the peak of Mount Gordo between 11:00 p.m and 00:00 midnight

Old Hidden Mine
Travel to the Great Chaparral in Los Santos County and search for a wooden door in the rock.
Detonate the door to enter the secret mine and follow the long tunnel containing various forgotten items.

Underwater Hidden Hatch
The underwater hatch is an Easter egg located deep in the Pacific Ocean, directly east of the Davis Quartz quarry.
Inspired by the TV show Lost, the submerged, unopenable hatch features a window that lights up upon approach and emits tapping sounds, which translate to a message from GTA IV's Roman Bellic.
Access:
Requires a submersible (submarine) to reach the necessary depth, though it is located near a "crush depth" zone that can destroy the vehicle.
The Secret:
If you wait near the hatch, you can hear knocking sounds that translate from code to:
"Hey you never call, how'd you fancy going bowling?" a reference to Roman Bellic in GTA IV.

RailGun Location
There is Secret Location in Alamo Sea at Senora Desert region.
At the bottom of Alamo Sea lies the wreckage of the plane from the "Minor Turbulence" mission.
If you have completed that mission, you can dive to the wreck and find a Railgun and other stuff inside.

MiniGun Location
This location lead you to Minigun weapon, who is located inside Fort Zancudo, specifically on the top floor (6th floor) of the main air traffic control tower.
Access this area by driving into the base, entering the building through the green doors near the hangars, and heading up the stairs. It is best found by exploring the northwest section of the base.

Eastern Coastal Cove
A small rocky cove is located on the eastern coast of San Andreas with a water-filled cave on the north side.
Inside of the cave you can find a letter scrap and a spaceship part for the side missions, jet-ski and speed boat.
And if you dive to the bottom of the ocean you can find a Grenade Launcher.

Playboy Mansion (Hugh Hefner House)
The Playboy Mansion in GTA 5 (officially the Richman Mansion) is a hidden, explorable location next to golf course.
It is a direct parody of the real-life Playboy Mansion owned by Hugh Hefner.

The glowing tree can be found near Braddock Pass on Mount Gordo. The tree appears to look normal in the daytime,
but at night, its texture changes to a bright yellow color, giving it the appearance that it is glowing.

Various luxury cars who spawn after 22pm in Gentry Manor garage at Gentry Lane in West Vinewood.

Albany Roosevelt spawn after 22pm in the garage at the 2848 Milton Road, Vinewood Hills.

Snowman can be found in a large Frigid warehouse located in La Mesa, in eastern Los Santos.
Thelma and Louis location
The Thelma & Louise Easter egg in GTA 5 is a random event referencing the 1991 film's ending, occurring near Fort Zancudo between 7 PM and 8 PM in-game time. A Mariachi Tornado car with two female NPCs drives off a cliff while being pursued by police, echoing the movie's climax. It is best viewed in story mode.

The GTA 5 Freddy Krueger Easter egg is a spooky,, fan-referenced inscription found in the Senora National Park/Sandy Shores area. It features a nursery rhyme written on rocks, mimicking the horror character:

A small, and largely decorative cave located directly north and below the Altruist Camp in the Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness. It features an eternal campfire, a ram skull, and sun-related glyphs, fueling theories about the Chiliad mystery.

After Franklin purchases the Los Santos Customs (LSC) on Route 68, there is a small side door to the left of the main vehicle entrance. You can simply walk through this door to enter the garage area on foot.
